About the Team

The Revenue team at Clari is dedicated to leading the company and market in revenue management. Our scope includes everything from revenue operations and new client acquisition to account management and sales development. We drive not only high-velocity pipelines but also provide the programs and training to convert these pipelines into substantial revenue gains.

About the Role

Clari is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to broaden our customer base and generate new revenue streams. This role involves assisting large, intricate organizations in enhancing revenue predictability across their global teams. This position is fully remote and can be performed from any location within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling, value-driven demos to executive audiences
  • Consult with clients on revenue objectives and suggest process improvements
  • Lead the technical and product strategy throughout deals
  • Manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including discovery, security, custom demos, and RFPs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects to accelerate growth and expand market reach
  • Advise product teams on features needed to support clients effectively

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a pre-sales, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer)
  • Experience in Salesforce administration or development is essential
  • Proven success in securing software deals with C-suite executives and sales at enterprise-level accounts
  • Experience managing enterprise-level proof of concepts (POCs)
  • Strong communication skills (presentation, written, and verbal)
  • Experience with SaaS applications and API knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of the Revenue Operations landscape is advantageous
  • Salesforce certifications and basic JSON knowledge are preferred but not mandatory

Clari aims to offer competitive wages and salaries that are transparent, fair, and equitable. Our compensation strategy attracts potential employees, meets current employees’ needs, and encourages long-term career growth within our company.

Compensation packages are determined based on multiple factors including work location, skill set, experience, education, and certifications. The total target cash range for this role is $125,000 to $187,000, including base salary and target incentives. Additional compensation may include stock options, benefits, and other incentives.
