Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Machine Learning solutions.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection.
• Apply Machine Learning algorithms and Generative AI techniques to solve business problems.
• Develop and implement efficient MLOps pipelines and infrastructure for training and serving ML and Large Language models.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, address potential issues, and implement improvements.
• Document design decisions and technical specifications, maintaining code quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and participate in knowledge sharing within the team.
• Work with external SMEs and vendors to partner on project execution, ensuring knowledge transfer for key subject matter expertise retention within the organization.
• Manage rapid project execution with the ability to multi-task and pivot as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Machine Learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and LLMs.
• Experience in developing and deploying Machine Learning solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in Machine Learning.

Must Have

• Proven hands-on experience in Python, Data Science, Machine Learning libraries and frameworks, Gen AI / LLM, AWS, Microsoft Cloud, and MLOps.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficient programming skills in Python and familiarity with Machine Learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and LLMs.
