We are searching for a Sr Data Analyst specializing in Recruiting Operations to shape our recruitment strategies through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sr Data Analyst, Recruiting Operations, you will:

  • Build the future of our recruiting analytical infrastructure, creating a data warehouse to perform queries and analyses across multiple sources.
  • Drive critical decisions in recruiting and business by calculating key performance metrics and sharing data with business partners.
  • Leverage a data-first approach to identify business trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain crucial dashboards, reports, and presentations for key leaders to facilitate decision-making.
  • Create predictive models and trend analyses for strategic planning, helping recruiting leaders make informed decisions.
  • Conduct audits to identify training opportunities and process improvements within the recruitment cycle.
  • Focus on quantitative and qualitative data analytics to uncover valuable insights and business outcomes.
  • Tell compelling stories through dashboards, visualizations, and presentations based on insights.
  • Monitor and validate data to ensure high-quality information is collected and accurately stored.
  • Continuously improve data management methods, proactively suggesting opportunities to prevent issues and anticipate future data needs.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or Analytics with a proven record of operational excellence and innovation.
  • 3+ years in stakeholder management and handling large datasets.
  • 4+ years of related experience in data analytics.
  • Fluency in SQL and familiarity with data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
  • Expertise in Excel/GSheets and data visualization tools like Sigma, Tableau, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of recruiting software such as Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience leading and delivering data-related projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, comprehensive analyses and influence stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

At Abnormal Security, certain roles are eligible for a bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, such as skills, experience, and qualifications.

Base salary range: $120,000—$160,000 USD

San Francisco/New York Base pay range: $120,000—$160,000 USD
