Your Opportunity: Sr Incident Management and Data Quality Analyst/Developer

Are you driven by challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage critical incidents and ensure data quality. Your efforts will be critical in maintaining seamless operations and reliable data.

Key Responsibilities

Incident Management

  • Respond to reported incidents, especially data quality issues.
  • Diagnose the root causes of incidents and initiate resolution procedures.
  • Prioritize and oversee incidents based on urgency and business impact from detection to closure.
  • Document incidents for future reference and analyze trends for proactive strategies.
  • Develop and maintain incident response protocols and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Data Quality Analysis

  • Identify discrepancies and errors through data quality metrics analysis.
  • Implement data cleansing and correction procedures and monitor for potential issues.
  • Investigate the root causes of data quality problems and work with stakeholders to improve standards.
  • Report on data quality trends and provide insights to management.

Data Development (as needed)

  • Develop scripts or tools to automate data quality checks and incident response.
  • Enhance data pipelines and infrastructure to mitigate future incidents.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in incident management, data analysis, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in incident identification and resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, data visualization tools).
  • Understanding of data governance principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) is a plus.
