Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business and Data Analytics, this pivotal role at ServiceNow focuses on accelerating enterprise operations through insightful analytics. As a proactive member of our Data & Analytics team, you will collaborate closely with our Engineering Organization to strategize and deploy analytical tools focused on Usage Telemetry and Customer Support.

This role is designed for a Data Virtuoso who specializes in end-to-end analytics processes, from engaging with stakeholders to capture their needs and wants, to employing robust data mining techniques and building impactful executive-level dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise advanced data visualizations and dynamic dashboards to drive strategic business decisions.
• Engage across functions to gather and interpret requirements, ensuring stakeholders’ needs are met efficiently.
• Lead robust data analysis projects to develop, track, and maintain critical metrics to align business operations.
• Advocate for high data quality standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement in data handling across ServiceNow.
• Mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and innovative data solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

With at least 7 years of professional experience in Analytics and a solid academic background in Statistics, Mathematics or a related field, you are a seasoned analyst adept at delivering high-level dashboard designs. Your expertise in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and understanding of Snowflake Architecture, complemented by your excellent communication skills, equip you to make a significant impact at ServiceNow.
