Job Description: Our goal is to deliver the best e-commerce experience to our customers. We aim to improve the quality of the catalog composed based on the products registered by the sellers by automatically detecting features and structuring information to create a more consistent customer experience. To accomplish this, we develop and operate systems used in the product registration process and introduce statistical, machine learning, and deep learning technologies across the process to optimize performance. This position includes the development of Machine Learning/Deep Learning (ML/DL) Models and the platform's commercialization and operation. It also includes collaboration with one or more teams as a technical leader and enhancing the technical level of peers. Job Responsibilities: - Development and commercialization of ML/DL models based on text and image - Design and development of ML pipeline - Development of Prediction service based on Java or Python - Investigating, learning, and utilizing best practices inside and outside the company Qualifications: - Ability to act as a technical leader of the team, capable of leveraging data analysis insights and direction for ML/DL modeling - Deep understanding of ML/DL and statistics-based modeling - 5+ years of experience in ML/DL modeling and commercialization, or 3+ years after obtaining a related degree - Expertise in handling large-scale data technologies (EMR/Hadoop/Spark, etc.) - Experience in developing a Prediction service based on Java or Python - Ability to find problems on your own, create assignments, and lead them - Ability to specify ambiguous business issues and derive their solutions Additional requirements: - Successful experience in improving the core business index using machine learning - Experience in building an ML pipeline - Experience in developing a similarity measurement model based on text and image - NLP, LLM, or Image processing modeling experience Candidate selection procedure and guidance: Selection Process: 1.
