About the Team and Role

The Customer Intelligence and AI (CIAI) team is an integral part of our Corporate Strategy unit. This specialized Data Science team aims to deepen insights into customer behavior and satisfaction through NPS, technical benchmarking, and advanced application of data science, machine learning, and AI.

We collaborate with various teams across Robinhood, including Data, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Research. Our work enhances operational efficiencies, informs company-wide strategy, and integrates seamlessly into DS/AI pipelines.

Position: Technical Benchmarking Senior Associate/Manager

As a Technical Benchmarking Senior Associate/Manager, you will spearhead our team’s Technical Benchmarking capabilities and engage in diverse research, analytical, and reporting activities. This role involves close partnership with our Competitive Benchmarking function.

Responsibilities

• Analytics and LLMs: Collaborate with the Competitive Benchmarking team to streamline and automate outputs, including AI prompt writing and supporting LLM workflows.
• Data Management: Develop processes to gather and synthesize data from various internal and external sources for team-level reporting.
• Competitor Monitoring: Evaluate and ensure the reliability of external data sources, and determine their business application.
• Research and Reporting: Source, structure, and analyze data to contextualize Robinhood’s performance, and communicate insights across the company.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of experience in analytics, data, and business strategy roles (e.g., management consulting, investment firms, technology companies).
• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering).
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with AI prompt writing, statistics, and modeling is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to develop data-driven business insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and adept at managing multiple deadlines.
• Self-starter with an ownership mentality, able to navigate ambiguity and evolving environments.
• Effective communicator capable of influencing decision-making and engaging diverse audiences.
