Job Description

As a Technical Consultant, you will be crucial in installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and supporting both hardware and software solutions. Your expertise will help in troubleshooting issues and ensuring all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

You will handle technical queries and issues from multiple escalation channels, providing solutions via remote and onsite diagnostics. Your role involves:

• Identifying root causes of technical issues.
• Maintaining continuous communication with customers regarding the status of their service.
• Creating detailed action plans for escalated issues and obtaining customer acceptance.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should hold a 4-year degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, complemented by relevant certifications (Engineer/Network Engineer/Microsoft). You should have:

• A minimum of 6 years in a similar role, with at least 2 years in customer-facing support.
• Experience in Medical Support, VMware, SQL queries, and Microsoft Server.
• Ability to address IT/Network issues and ensure system connectivity.
• Willingness to travel for onsite client support.

Salary and Application Details

The salary for this Technical Consultant role ranges from $57,120 to $97,920, with compensation tailored based on experience and location. Though relocation benefits are not offered for this position, we offer a supportive and inclusive workplace.
