About the Role

As a WW Sales BPR Data Analyst, you will take on significant data initiatives that enhance our ability to drive sales, elevate customer experiences, and lead groundbreaking support for one of the world’s most extensive channel operations. These initiatives often relate to the introduction of new technological capabilities or the transformation of business processes crucial for evolving sales strategies, expanding geographic coverage, and exploring new market routes.

This position is a part of our WW Sales BPR Enablement & Transformation team, focusing on the Data & Reporting work stream. Your deep understanding of data—attributes, measures, KPIs—will be crucial in managing and optimizing sales processes. Collaborating with peers and global stakeholders, you will address data and reporting needs to develop, test, and launch solutions that bolster strategic decision-making, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in roles like data analysis, business analysis, or data management, particularly in driving large-scale complex business process and technology transformations.
  • Exceptional skills in business and data analysis, including requirement documentation, business impact analysis, and solution proposals.
  • Proven ability with SQL and familiarity with major data analytics platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake).
  • Experience in creating and managing a data dictionary, data quality rules, and data lineage.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, BI tools (like Business Objects, Tableau), data governance, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrable ability to collaborate in a matrix organization, driving projects to successful completion across time zones.

Role Responsibilities

  • Document and analyze data requirements for enhancing business functionalities and reporting tools.
  • Conduct detailed data profiling, integrate, migrate, and transform data in line with business goals.
  • Enhance data quality and govern critical data components in collaboration with global teams.
  • Support the maintenance of a comprehensive data dictionary and business glossary.
  • Engage in ongoing data testing and validation processes.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree required, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, we provide competitive salaries within a range that reflects your expertise. The salary range for this position is $136,500.00 to $205,800.00, depending on factors like skills and experience.
