Azure Data Engineer, CG 60- NAM Comm Ops- Analytics, Insights & Automation (Nashville or Cambridge)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Engineer to leverage their expertise in Azure, your role will help create and maintain the core foundation on the Azure Platform from which North American Analytics solutions will be built.

Your role:

  • Be a part of a product team consisting of business intelligence developers, product owners and stakeholder success leaders to understand the needs for data and create effective data workflows and assist to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement data solutions on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform Azure Synapse, SQL Data Warehouse or MS SQL Server.
  • Create and maintain data pipelines via Azure Data Factory, SSIS and Azure Databricks.
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of data; monitor and optimize data solutions to ensure performance and efficiency
  • Stay current on the latest Azure data services and technologies

You're the right fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering with Azure
  • Strong knowledge of Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Server
  • Experience with data processing languages such as SQL, Python, and Scala
  • Experience with agile methodologies on Azure DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
  • Experience with data modeling and database design with cloud computing concepts

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $85,800 to $158,400 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
