We are currently seeking a Public Cloud Data Protection Engineer. Job Description Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support and in-depth troubleshooting for Veeam Software's B2B clients via telephone, email, and web conferencing. - Acting as a technical focal point in relationships to fellow IT Professionals. - Researching and troubleshooting customer problems and inquiries. - Updating and working on assigned cases promptly. - Contributing to documentation to bolster Veeam's knowledge base. - Accurately documenting all customer interactions within the SLA in our CRM tool. - Staying proactive and up-to-date with all the newest technologies related to Veeam’s products and their underlying technologies. Qualifications What we expect from you: - Full understanding and fluency in English (reading/writing/speaking). - Previous troubleshooting/administration experience. - Expertise in the following areas: Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Windows Server administration, Linux administration, Networking, and Backups. - Ability to rapidly assimilate, understand, and explain technical information. - Willingness and aptitude to take ownership of client issues until resolution. - Excellent time management skills. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
