This demanding position requires the implementation of cutting-edge Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning algorithms. You will have the opportunity to build an unprecedented machine intelligence product, create ML pipelines from the ground up, and design and execute low latency systems on a large scale. As an ML Scientist, you will: - Work with world-class Speech Technologies and develop deep learning models. - Handle large data sets and build an ML pipeline to process and train the data. - Conduct scientific ML experiments and analyze results. - Optimize ML solutions for performance and scale. - Collaborate with the team to build exciting projects and mentor junior members. - Deploy solutions into production and manage numerous models for swift experiments. - Keep up-to-date with the latest ML and deep learning literature to implement the latest techniques into the Observe.AI Voice & NLP platform. Who you are: - A Graduate/Postgraduate degree holder in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering from a reputable research institute. - An expert in building Speech Technologies such as ASR, TTS, Diarization, and Speech signals. - Proficient in constructing end-to-end models using the latest architectures. - Experienced (4+ years) in commercial ML solutions and pipelines with strong programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, and C/Java. - Skilled in working with speech processing frameworks such as Kaldi, Espnet, Speech brain, etc. - Experienced with Machine learning and Deep learning libraries such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Some of the other cool things you will deliver: - A world-class Speech technology that impacts Customers and the research community. - Publish papers in international Speech and NLP conferences like Interspeech / Icassp / NIPS/ ASRU etc. - Coordinate with teams for research initiatives. About the ML Team: We are a strong 25-member Machine Learning team with a focus on Speech, NLP, and Data platforms. Our main research focus is to drive contact centers using AI to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance. We are at the forefront of publishing our research in international conferences such as Interspeech, Icassp, ICML, and EMNLP AACL, and we encourage our research in the same.
