The data science team for the Autonomy department collaborates with the AV engineers and product managers of perception & behaviors teams to enhance core AV performance and construct a safe and trustworthy AV experience. We aim for this objective by

  • Involving ourselves in high priority vertical areas and constructing targeted solutions, such as analytical insights, metrics and data mining.

  • Creating scalable horizontal tools that upgrade AV development workflows applicable to various subsystems and comments and across diagnosis, monitoring, data mining and testing.

Your responsibilities will be

  • Producing and guiding an analytical roadmap that addresses key aspects of AV software development.

  • Building crucial metrics and insights for software release decisions and AV software iterations.

  • Forming relationships and trust with key stakeholders.

  • Identifying chances to enhance AV development workflows and advance diagnosis, monitoring, testing and data mining.

The range for this role is between $116,300 and $161,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You might also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
