About the Team DoorDash is seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to helm a dynamic team of engineers in charge of developing and operationalizing scalable, reliable, and efficient MLOps infrastructure in the field of large-scale feature engineering and distributed model training, with the objective of accelerating machine learning development. About the Role As the Engineering Manager, you will take the lead of a versatile engineering team responsible for two primary pillars of the ML platform: feature engineering and model training. Your responsibility surpasses technical prowess as you will involve yourself in close collaboration with key stakeholders and leadership teams in development, strategy, roadmap, design, and development. Your leadership will guide dynamic, customer-centric teams, swiftly crafting end-to-end infrastructure as a product. This team will spearhead the development of GenAI & LLMs infrastructure for fine-tuning LLMs and prompt engineering.
