Hinge Health Hybrid Model:
At Hinge Health, we understand the benefits and drawbacks of both remote and in-office work. We try to maximize the pros of both by offering hybrid roles. Some roles that require intensive day-to-day collaboration may benefit from more frequent in-person interactions. Hybrid roles are expected to work in the office one day per week (Wednesdays) at locations that have an office. This may increase to two days per week in 2024.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager for our Data Platform who will advocate for and propel the overall Hinge Health data product strategy, identifying significant opportunities, and coordinating across the organization to prioritize and realize the vision. This role serves as a bridge understanding transactional, analytics, and research data needs across departments and systems and facilitating implementation to make the data useful and accessible. This leader will guide both the strategy and execution for efficient organizational use of Hinge Health’s data.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
- Play a crucial role in defining product vision, strategy, and objectives.
- Foster development and implementation of product-development practices tailored towards quick iterations. Mentor team members in adopting these best practices.
- Launch products within a cross-functional team, working closely with design, engineering, sales/marketing, and the clinical team throughout the process.
- Represent your product team while working directly with executives and founders.
- Monitor usage analytics, and patient impact of new launches.
- Bear ultimate responsibility for launching products with significant business results, on-time.
- Get the chance to mentor and/or manage a competent, expanding team of Product Managers over time.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 6 or more years of experience in product management
- 4 or more years of experience working on data platforms
- History of leading and executing cross-organizational data strategy
- Experience working in high-performing product teams, prioritizing cross-functional collaboration, early and frequent testing, and outcomes over output.
- Exceptional problem-solving, project-management, and communication skills.
- Comfort in understanding and discussing technology concepts, evaluating trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members.
- Strong analytical and experimental design skills.
- Business knowledge of health data experience
