We are looking for a machine learning research engineer to closely work with our team on deep learning research and the use of model compression techniques. This individual will identify, report on, and create new algorithms and models within the deep learning domain. Responsibilities - Apply your understanding of machine learning to address meaningful technical difficulties. - Collaborate with research and product development teams to transform research ideas into product solutions. - Research and implement suitable ML algorithms and tools. - Conduct machine learning tests and experiments, optimizing hyperparameters. - Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test outcomes. - Stay informed about developments in the field. Requirements - Verifiable experience as a machine learning researcher, engineer, or similar role. - Solid knowledge of machine learning and deep learning basics, along with experience in computer vision, NLP, speech, reinforcement learning, generative models, etc. - Knowledge of common ML frameworks (like PyTorch or Keras) and libraries (like NumPy and scikit-learn). - Strong programming skills and proven experience implementing Python-based machine learning solutions. - Experience with modeling algorithms and ML pipelines in popular ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, jax, etc. - Experience with Generative models/ NLG / LLMs training. - Ability to interpret and implement research ideas and algorithms. - Creativity, collaboration, and an innovation-focused approach. - Strong project ownership and personal responsibility sense. - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field.
