Job Purpose:

To play a pivotal role in advancing Sirion’s products by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, architects, and Devops experts to develop and implement scalable and efficient privacy-preserving dependable machine learning and Generative-AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a strong POV on AI features across all Sirion products
• Help define roadmaps, planning, and execution for AI/ML development platform.
• Proactively identify use cases from customers and internal partners, and define feature requirements and product specifications.
• Build relationships across the organization and facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups.
• Use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, prioritize features, and drive actions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a role leading cross-functional teams in product development as an AI Product Manager.
• Strong user empathy and drive to influence AI/ML platform strategy.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
• Experience with platform-level solutions for AI/ML and Generative-AI products and services.
• Experience with AI Cloud Tech Stacks (AWS Sagemaker, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP AI, HuggingFace, etc.).
• Experience with AI/ML Development & Deployment tools.
• Experience with tooling libraries (e.g. LangChain, GPTindex, etc.)
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine tuning.
• Good knowledge of Python.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
• Highly developed drive to improve how things work, with a track record of driving improvements for team quality, performance, agility, or effectiveness.
• Being the voice of the customer.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Information Science/Data Science or equivalent experience preferred.
