We are on the lookout for a visionary professional to join our Insights Services team, who can blend learning agility, HR domain knowledge, and program management skills to help shape the future of People analytics. All About the Role: In this role within the Insights Services team, you will juggle several projects simultaneously and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for bringing to light data-driven insights that enable Mastercard to make strategic decisions about our talent, harnessing your analytics skills and business acumen to highlight opportunities and measure outcomes for our leadership teams. You will take into consideration the 'bigger picture' and the broader opportunities that exist at a cross-functional and cross-Business Unit level. Your role will go beyond data analysis – you'll delve deep to understand the root challenges, apply your quantitative and qualitative expertise, and craft compelling narratives with strong storytelling that influences the Regional strategy. You will be a crucial member of our global team, working across multiple regions and time zones. All About You: Essential • Demonstrated experience achieving measurable business outcomes through surfacing insights & opportunities related to organizational effectiveness. • A record of producing innovative analytical solutions that drive strategic, operational, and financial impact. • Strong relationship-building skills, particularly within large-scale organizations, through consulting services to internal or external client groups. • The ability to convert analysis results into data-driven insights that connect with diverse audiences. • Structured thinking and a proactive approach to implement processes and structure where needed. • Collaborative skills with peers and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. • Creativity and adaptability to overcome hurdles and solve complex problems. • Flexibility and responsiveness to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities. • Receptiveness to feedback and strong self-awareness. • A commitment to working within data governance and privacy standards. • Comprehensive problem-solving and communication skills, including diagnosis, data cleaning, integration and transformation, analysis, visualization, and presentation.
