Job Description

Blend360 is in search of a data professional with a mix of business understanding and technical insight to exploit the full potential of our clients' data assets. You will comprehend the business problem, align stakeholders with your perspective, develop a technical strategy, and supervise the implementation of essential data products that propel our clients’ organizations. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Formulates and maintains a vision and plan for data assets and supervises the execution of that plan to increase the value of the data to the organization.
  • Aware of how to identify key client initiatives, refine and manage stakeholders in conjunction with the larger project
  • Decides operational objectives by studying business functions; collecting information; evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Able to conduct an enterprise analysis of tools and processes while building relationships with various levels of client organization to develop and promote a clear vision
  • Understands business strategy related to technologies used within client engagements
  • Capable of conducting market analyses for tools and functionality available in the market.
  • Comprehends product releases concerning requirements and deadlines
  • Designs and outlines new technical programs and requirements
  • Enhances systems and processes by studying current practices; designing modifications, suggesting controls by identifying problems; and drafting improved procedures.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data-rich position such as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Data Analyst, Solutions Architect, Business Systems Analyst

  • Background in Data Analysis, Data Science, or Data Engineering
  • Strong written documentation skills
  • Profound verbal and client-facing communication skills
  • A critical thinker with a consultative mindset
  • In-depth understanding of the data industry as a whole, including tools, best practices, and functionality
  • Experience across 2 or more of the following technologies:
    • processes, Analytics, Integrations with major SaaS providers
    • Proficiency in one of the following coding languages (SQL, Python, Javascript/NodeJS)
    • Experience with (cloud and on-prem) Database Design & Administration

The starting salary for this position is between $120,000 - $145,000. The actual compensation within this range will depend on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It's uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
