Responsibilities: - Lead a Test Design Review Board for integration test plans spanning clouds with a focus on function, business, complex scenarios, high impact projects, usability, and accessibility - Comprehensive understanding of cloud requirements - Creating end-to-end, cross cloud-impacting, integration automation with complex organizations - Conducting testing with complex organizational setups and varied data shapes - Organizing and driving cross-product marketing initiatives - Championing improvements based on customer feedback - Monitoring product or feature-level quality health metrics - Collaborating closely with senior developers, PMs, and UX designers to deliver features that meet business and quality requirements - Troubleshooting production issues - Providing leadership and mentorship within your scrum teams and to other scrum teams - Owning the service Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline - Minimum of 8 years of software development experience - High proficiency in Java or a similar language - Experience with AI and Personalisation is highly beneficial - Familiarity with Public Cloud (AWS/GCP) - Proficiency in writing functional automation (API) - Ability to work independently, learn quickly, meet deadlines, and demonstrate problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly and concisely and coordinate cross-team efforts - Experience with agile development methods - Familiarity with developer tools like git, Maven, and Eclipse IDE - Experience in developing in a service-oriented-architecture and REST API design - Proven ability to rapidly learn in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: - Experience building highly scalable web applications - Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development - Demonstrated history of top performance in current and past roles - Experience troubleshooting a complete service stack, end-to-end ownership - Ability to present and review design to internal/external groups Accommodations: If you require assistance due to a disability when applying for open positions, please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.
