Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytical tools such as Excel, ServiceNow Reporting, Tableau, SQL, Python, and Alteryx to analyze and interpret data trends.
- Develop comprehensive reports to influence strategic decisions across the Digital Client Support (DCS) team and its partners.
- Drive process improvements and innovate solutions through advanced data analysis.
- Enhance client service insights with data-driven analysis, focusing on historical data, global trends, and key performance drivers.
Project Management:
- Analyze and document business requirements to guide the development of new technological solutions.
- Employ project management best practices to effectively manage and communicate project progress.
- Support the definition of measurable business goals (OKRs) and provide updates to management.
- Conduct impact analysis to determine necessary changes in business processes or operations.
Presentation, Structuring, and Storyboarding:
- Create impactful and clear presentations to convey complex information effectively.
- Document and streamline process flows to optimize client and operational interactions.
- Engage with learning opportunities to continuously improve presentation skills.
Required Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in a quantitative field such as Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and familiarity with RPA tools like UI Path is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
