Job Description
lastminute.com is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Post Sales Data Analyst for its Data & Analytics department.
As a vital member of our team, your primary responsibility will be leveraging your analytical skills to generate actionable insights that enhance product performance and drive business growth.
Working closely with product teams, you will provide wide-ranging analytical and technical support to enhance business intelligence and promote company growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify patterns and recommend actions to improve customer experience
- Provide reports to monitor initiatives, measure their impact, and track the performance of the implemented solutions
- Identify opportunities for process automation and collaborate with technology teams to operationalize them
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
- Seek out and proactively propose new business opportunities
- Assist in understanding how to measure each initiative, monitor their performance, and provide insights and recommendations accordingly
- Communicate and present results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all company levels
- Cooperate with other Data Analysts throughout the company on collaborative projects to identify synergies and improve data governance.
Qualifications
Essential
- Strong analytical skills/mindset
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong SQL skills for querying and exploring data sets
- Profound knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to influence decision-makers through data analysis presentations
- Good understanding of statistical analysis techniques and application using analytical languages (e.g. Python/R)
- Hands-on experience in data visualization and the use of data visualization tools
- Experience in business partnering/stakeholder management.
Desirable
- A degree in STEM
- Knowledge of TIBCO Spotfire
- Understanding of data modeling and best practices related to analytical databases
- Prior experience in the travel industry
- Familiarity with digital and e-commerce businesses.
