About the Job

As an AI Lead at Google Cloud, you will develop and lead the value selling approach for AI and Workspace products. This role involves collaborating with global sales and product teams to leverage strategies that enhance the adoption of Google AI, managing stakeholder relationships, and articulating the distinct advantages of Google AI. You will play a crucial role in expanding AI and Workspace operations and strategic partnerships, requiring a dynamic ability to handle change, test new ideas, and pivot as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • 10+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Strategy Consulting, or F500 Pre-Sales, particularly in cloud computing or technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with AI technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of value selling methodologies and processes, particularly in cloud technology.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI products or similar technologies.
  • A robust understanding of cloud sales and services, coupled with a passion for AI.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with customers to deliver tangible business value and develop financial cases for AI products and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and shape Google’s AI and Workspace value strategy.
  • Iterate and enhance AI and Generative AI value selling methodologies.
  • Develop compelling value propositions with global sales, product, and customer teams that show measurable impact.
  • Lead in the creation of customer-centric value pitches, business cases, TCO analyses, and scalable value frameworks.
  • Leverage data and tools from Google, customers, and third parties to accelerate investment justification.
  • Share best practices and insights across the cloud sales organization to promote widespread adoption of value selling techniques.

Salary and Benefits

The base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000, based on location and experience. This does not include potential bonuses, equity, or comprehensive benefits.
