Who you are

You're driven to utilize vast databases to decipher complex business challenges, work closely with consulting teams and guide projects towards significant and tangible business success.

You're a data practitioner with a history of designing, constructing and applying data analytics to large databases. You have strong knowledge of how to use data to answer complex business questions and are passionate about enabling that capability within the consulting teams. You see the larger picture and can effectively steer projects towards realistic business outcomes.

As an analytics engineer, you'll contribute meaningfully in helping our stakeholders extract and unlock more value from its datasets through scalable data pipelines and analytical steps. Collaborating closely with our consulting team, you'll model data and provide clean datasets for creating essential insights.


What you will work on

  • Transform raw data into business-ready datasets that are queryable and easy for our consultants and stakeholders to understand. You'll harmonize data from multiple sources to extract specific insights.
  • Work closely with consultants and the engineering team to understand business needs, define data requirements (KPIs) and turn data transformation pipelines into regular operations.
  • Maintain documentation and metadata to facilitate understanding, access and adoption of the created data
  • Ensure data quality by applying software engineering best practices to analytics code (version control, quality assurance, monitoring, continuous integration)
  • Support the development of the analyst across the organization by sharing knowledge and providing coaching

Requirements

  • Fluency in French
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, BigQuery, Git, DBT, Looker Studio, Looker, Snowflake, and Fivetran
