Job Description

Our main objective is to assist businesses in making data-driven decisions emphasizing the creation of global reports as the most reliable source of information. Our team of 12 experts supports various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short and long-term projects. In close collaboration with stakeholders, we strive to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations that provide deep insights into how we can improve the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.

How will you contribute to our mission?

  • Extract meaningful information from data and convert it into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist the business in identifying opportunities and making intelligent, data-driven decisions. You will execute end-to-end BI projects and serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize (and develop!) a global database.
  • Create, automate and visualize reports and analysis for both top management and local teams (such as Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Customer Experience).
  • Once you become self-sufficient in the role, you'll get the opportunity to develop prediction/classification models using Python/R.
  • Work daily with Redshift, Git, Tableau, Airflow.

Qualifications

What will help you succeed?

  • Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in a commercial or academic setting (essential).
  • Proficiency in Python/R and a desire to expand your knowledge.
  • Experience with statistical modelling and descriptive statistics.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and executing end-to-end BI projects.
  • Proficient level of business English.

  • Having a degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field.
  • The ability to overview the technical aspects through a business lens.
