We're looking for a dedicated Clinical Data Manager I (CDM1) to join our team in India and help us achieve our mission.

Role Responsibilities

As a Clinical Data Manager I, you will assist in various data management activities within the Allucent Data Management (DM) department. This role involves:

  • Collaborating with Lead DMs and relevant roles such as Clinical Programmers and Data Scientists.
  • Providing feedback and status updates to Lead DM on progress, timelines, and risks.
  • Monitoring tasks against budget and alerting for scope changes.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of project-specific DM documents like data management plans (DMPs), eCRF, and validation plans (DVP).
  • Participating in database User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tasks.
  • Creating training materials for EDC users.
  • Reviewing and validating clinical data for consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Performing data transfers and reconciliation activities, including SAE, PK, and lab data.
  • Creating and reviewing project metric reports and status updates.
  • Maintaining database processes, including locking and close-out.
  • Supporting internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
  • Proposing and supporting efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Sharing information at departmental meetings and contributing to process evaluation and improvement.
  • Ensuring good communication and relationships with (future) clients.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience in data management, CRA, or clinical database programming.
  • Experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
  • Basic knowledge of ICH-GCP, GDPR/HIPPA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • A good understanding of medical terminology and at least one EDC software system.
  • Experience in data review, query management, and UAT.
  • Familiarity with relational database components and technical data management practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Administrative excellence and attention to detail.
  • Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
