Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Alorica, you will be integral in helping address and resolve our customers' concerns, ensuring a positive experience with every call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer issues and inquiries
  • Document all call-related information for reporting purposes
  • Update and maintain customer information in the database
  • Promote and upsell new or enhanced services to existing customers

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written
  • Professional, courteous, customer-oriented

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role primarily involves sedentary work within a climate-controlled call center environment, continuously using a phone and computer system.
