This position is situated in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the chance for a hybrid schedule, allowing a few days a week at your home office

Your role:

  • Keeping track of taxonomy categorizations and updating source data

  • Building and maintaining relationships with our data providers across the organization to ensure timely monthly receipts.

  • Cleansing our data monthly

  • Managing weekly meetings with our Third-Party Data Partner to ensure tickets for data cleansing are on track for resolution.

  • Helping in the development and deployment of internal/external process enhancements, organization initiatives, and projects/procurement activities.

  • Taking responsibility for training our Category Leads on using our third-party platform.

  • Creating/Maintaining Standard Operating procedures for regular business processes.

  • Conducting routine audits in support of our sourcing team activities.

  • Ability to carry out clean sheeting and or should cost modeling in support of our sourcing teams.

  • Should be capable of creating, tracking and reporting supplier performance metrics to leadership, monthly, or as required.

  • Other random duties assigned.

What you bring to the role:

Education:

  • BA/BS Degree

Must possess moderate to complex level knowledge in

  • Spreadsheets - Excel - writing macros, developing formulas, utilizing functions like pivot and lookup tables

  • SAP

  • PowerBi

  • Database - MS Access - multi-table queries, report generation, macros, forms.

Skills/Competencies

  • Capability to swiftly adjust to changing priorities and multi-task effectively.

  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and possess strong financial/analytics acumen.

Experience:

  • Proven experience desired, but not necessary, in partnering with Sourcing, Vendor Management, and other Procurement teams to provide a robust strategic procurement expertise for key business partners across various business areas/spend categories.

  • Experience in identifying and capturing cost savings and operational improvement opportunities while working with business teams or sourcing teams.

  • 2-5 years' experience in a business environment or in a sourcing/procurement business environment.

The average base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,500.00 - $116,000.00 per annum.

The ranges provided reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the actual base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, including the primary work location, complexity and responsibility of the role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated every year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hiring. New hires' starting base pay usually falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
