Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Monitor and analyze customer support tickets to ensure feedback is effectively captured and addressed, promoting continuous enhancement of Tally products and services.

• Provide daily support to our customers through incident management and proactive recommendations, helping them maximize benefits from our platform.

• Handle escalations to engineering teams for unresolved issues, ensuring efficient issue resolution and service improvement.

• Assist our sales and customer success teams with custom SQL queries and clear communication of data insights.

• Analyze customer-facing reports to pinpoint error sources, strengthening service reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Document database structures and metric definitions to augment the efficacy of our support team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
