In your daily work, you will:

Aeyon is presently seeking eligible candidates to support the Department of Defense (DoD)/United States Marine Corps (USMC), Deputy Commandant (DC) for Programs and Resources (P&R) Financial Management Transformation Initiatives in conducting Audit Remediation. This supports the Marine Corps' aim to secure and/or maintain a modified or unmodified audit opinion in a comprehensive financial statement audit and to significantly enhance its internal control environment in support of that goal.

Independently use advanced technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions. Level IIIs lead project teams and interact with FM&C and Government clients at the Branch and Division Head Level.

Duties include but not limited to:

• DON and USMC DC P&R processes and procedures familiarity is preferred.

• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS), Marine On-Line (MOL), and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI).

• Ability to apply technical expertise & skills to implement business solutions: directed to utilize core competencies on projects or may manage small teams.

• Completing system development lifecycle (SDLC) technical documentation.

• Developing requirements, functional design specifications, and process flow.

• Testing system processes and functionality; developing test scripts, assisting users with acceptance testing.

• Helping in deployment activities and creating and/or preserving databases.

• Performing technical data analytics, including data visualization, data reports, data cleansing scripts, and data validation.

• Carrying out annual bot surveys to identify unmet needs within P&R and M&RA, documenting the results in reports for leadership, ensuring compliance, and addressing significant audit risks.

• Using RPA bot solutions across the Marine Corps enterprise, prioritizing P&R and M&RA equities while targeting unmet needs in other areas to mitigate significant audit risks, utilizing approved Marine Corps applications, platforms, and tools.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Six (6) years of progressive, relevant experience.

Desired Experience:

Experience supporting IT Development (SDLC - Technical documentation, requirements, design, testing, change management or deployment) or creating/maintaining databases or data and analytics experience (creation of data visualizations, data analytic reports, data cleansing scripts, and processes or performing technical data analytics) for State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: None required. CISA or similar IT professional certification is preferred.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited United States college or university in a field of study relevant to the professional role is required.

Work hours:
