Job Description

Publicis Sapient is in search of a Senior Data Engineer to join our vibrant team of forward-thinking minds and problem solvers. In this position, you will be given the chance to demonstrate your creative problem-solving abilities by designing, structuring, and creating advanced technology solutions. These solutions will tackle our clients' most complex and demanding challenges across a range of industries. As we aim to revolutionize the world, your concepts, views, and solutions will critically influence our methodology.

Your duties will encompass designing and constructing integration jobs that effortlessly transfer data from current Source of Record (SoR) applications into the Microsoft Cloud environment. Utilizing established integration patterns, tools, and languages such as Azure Data Factory, Data Brick, Spark SQL, Python, and , you will assist in the smooth passage of data across the system. Qualifications

• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure Data Brick
• Python 
• Spark SQL & PySpark
• Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure DWH
• Azure Data Lake Storage / Analytics
• Azure Database Migration Services
• Familiarity with older integration and storage tools is beneficial (MS SQL Server, MS SSIS, IBM DataStage, etc.)
• Ability to navigate and understand mapping documents
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, & GIT for code management
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) tool for work management
• Practitioner of Agile/SAFe practices
• Experience with Job Scheduling tools
