Job Description
As Sia Partners continues to grow, we are recruiting a Data Science Manager with extensive expertise in marketing, client, and product challenges. You will join a global team of over 300 Data Scientists located across Europe, North America, and Asia, focusing on marketing analytics for sectors such as luxury, energy, FMCG, banking, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading Data Science Projects: Manage data science projects for multiple US clients.
- Application of Data Science in Marketing: Utilize data science techniques for customer segmentation, predictive modeling, pricing strategy, and enhancing customer experiences.
- Business Development: Collaborate across various teams to develop proposals and expand opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Identify and act on opportunities to expand data science services with existing clients.
- Professional Networking: Build and maintain external networks to uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Marketing and Thought Leadership: Support marketing campaigns, contribute to social media, blogs, and develop methodologies and tools.
- Recruitment and Team Development: Lead recruitment initiatives, advise on market positioning, and support team management.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Mentor and facilitate learning among colleagues to enhance their technical and consulting skills.
Specific Marketing Analytics Use Cases
- Customer Loyalty: Utilize segmentation, clustering, and predictive models for personalized marketing and retention strategies.
- Enhanced Customer Experience: Analyze customer feedback with NLP models and leverage AI for personalized customer experiences.
- Pricing & Product: Contribute to pricing strategies, product development, cross-selling, and innovate with Generative AI.
- Geomarketing & Open Data: Integrate geomarketing and open data to optimize targeting and campaign impacts.
- Supply Chain & Operations: Predict sales and optimize the distribution chain.
- Internal Activities: Enhance offerings through training, working groups, R&D, and contribute to firm visibility.
Qualifications
- Data Science Expertise: Proficiency in applying data science to marketing challenges.
- Team Leadership: Experience leading high-performing teams, especially in consulting.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Python, R, SQL, cloud infrastructures (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Communication: Ability to simplify complex technical info for various stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills for managing projects from start to finish.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing challenges and key sectors.
