If you decide to apply, here's what to expect: An initial phone call with our Talent team A take-home test First interview with our Head of Technology Second interview with a senior manager Final interview with our wider technical team Responsibilities: Design and develop Machine Learning and Computer Vision models Deploy models into production using Azure Cloud Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Intelligence, and Product Use your data science expertise to enhance MIS' existing systems and architecture Stay well-informed about the latest trends and technologies in data science and geospatial analysis Requirements: A PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field A solid foundation in Data Science, focusing on Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (such as scikit-learn, numpy, scipy, pandas, etc.) Proficiency with computer vision libraries (Tensorflow, OpenCV, Keras, PyTorch, YOLO, etc.) Demonstrated ability to design, construct, and sustain machine learning pipelines Commercial experience working in the cloud, preferably in Azure Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail Benefits: Salary range of £60-70K, subject to experience Remote role with periodic office visits (primarily in London) 25 days of annual leave (including 3 days during the Christmas holiday) + UK bank holidays Wednesday Lunch Club allowance Enriched maternity/paternity policy Sick pay beyond standard statutory pay Regular team social events Employee stock option scheme (subject to approval and a qualifying period)
