Position Summary

The Director of Data Management will oversee our dedicated data management team, leading the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality data critical for our innovative research programs. Reporting directly to the EVP, Head of Operations, this pivotal role anchors the clinical operations leadership team, ensuring our data integrity meets the rigorous standards set by regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of data management from CRF/database development to database lock.
  • Collaborate closely with the study team to ensure operational and data collection efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality for regulatory submissions.
  • Develop and review standard operating procedures and data management documentation.
  • Hire, train, and mentor data management staff to enhance team capability and performance.
  • Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines including FDA (21 CFR Part 11, GCP) and ICH standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.
  • Strong expertise in database management systems and statistical software, such as SAS.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Application Process
