About the Team

The Global GTM Operations team at Stripe drives the productivity and efficiency of our sales organization. This team partners closely with various departments within Stripe, playing a crucial role in driving revenue and growth. You will be a key player in the Global Sales Strategy and Operations team, working alongside senior Sales leaders to optimize sales strategies and enhance productivity within the mid-market segment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Global Sales Strategy and Operations Lead, you will:

  • Act as a strategic business partner, assisting the region in achieving its business goals.
  • Manage global forecasting, pipeline analysis, annual planning, and sales cadence.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
  • Lead global sales cadence with a focus on analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Develop dashboards and operational metrics to support Stripe's rapid growth.
  • Ensure accurate reporting across various metrics, including headcount, revenue, and pipeline.
  • Manage worldwide dashboards and key metrics alongside senior leaders.
  • Provide ROI metric assessments for completed projects.
  • Assist in headcount assessments and standardize organizational cadence processes.
  • Drive strategic discussions and recommendations on GTM changes.
  • Lead a team of S&O Business Partners supporting the Solution Architects global leadership team.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 16+ years of experience, with 14+ years in Sales Operations supporting mid-to-large scale multi-geographical sales organizations.
  • Proven track record in defining, refining, and implementing sales processes and policies.
  • Expertise in sophisticated data analysis and translating results into actionable insights.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Tableau, Anaplan, and DWH.
  • Success in developing GTM strategies and segmentation models.
  • Proficiency in leading Annual Planning (territories, quota, headcount).
  • Experience in developing metrics for sales performance and productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration skills, and business judgment.
  • Experience in rapidly growing organizations and attracting top talent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience with consumption-based businesses.
  • Multi-segment experience supporting high-velocity transactions.
  • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of other programming languages (R, Python).
  • Knowledge in regression analysis or machine learning models.

Hybrid Work at Stripe

Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of their time each month in their local office or with users. This approach balances in-person collaboration and learning with flexibility tailored to individual and team needs.

Pay and Benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $230,200 - $345,200, inclusive of On Target Earnings (OTE). This range may encompass several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on various factors, including candidate experience and location. Additional benefits for this role may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
