PURPOSE
In recent years, AI has become a driving change in various sectors. Speedy adoption of both Analytical AI and Generative AI is critical to changing perceptions about insurance. The goal is for FWD to become the best AI product leader in the industry. The role is responsible for establishing new enterprise-wide Analytical AI and Generative AI Copilot Applications to deliver 10x business growth and significantly improve employee productivity.
Some of the measures include driving data literacy and transformation across the customer journey, distribution and employee experience, and employing a top CRM strategy and solution across different BUs to support the Customer Central Strategy.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities include defining new business models, processes and AI applications using both generative and analytical AI, driving Smart Insurance Monetization to increase new VNB, improve customer satisfaction and achieve operational excellence. Other tasks involve developing and deploying high-quality AI Applications and Products, working with Group Strategy and BU to set VNB targets for data monetization, and driving data monetization execution by providing expert recommendations and campaign design.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating external data sources to eliminate redundancy and streamline expenses related to these services, sharing best practices among countries, driving Data and AI training, and being responsible for group Customer Relationship Management Strategy, solution, deployment and monetization. Other duties entail executing data-driven targeted campaigns via multiple channels to achieve revenue targets, and using AI models to identify micro-segments, social networks, propensity to purchase and lapse prevention.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Applicants should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MBA, Engineering, Information Management or related fields. They should have over 15 years of experience in a major financial or consulting organization, with experience in managing large-scale data partnerships, data monetization, customer relationship management, data product, AI application or digital marketing. They should have a minimum of 5 years of management role experience, with board-level change or transformation leadership experience and at least 5 years of data product, data partnership and data monetization implementation experience.
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Applicants should have knowledge of Data Partnership contracting, strategy, process, technology and execution, and an understanding of Customer Relationship Management. They should have knowledge about AI Lifecycle and Modelling, as well as AI evaluation and insights. They should have experience in designing, developing, and deploying data products. They should have expertise in through the funnel B2C data-driven marketing with an in-depth understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies. They should have excellent communication and presentation skills, especially to senior management and should be able to create impressive presentations with strong narratives.
