Qualified candidates will have:

  • History of creative problem solving to meet complex needs
  • Ability to build strong relationships through reliability and persistence
  • Virtual collaboration skills emphasizing empathy, advocacy, and flexibility
  • Growth mindset focused on feedback, coaching, and learning
  • (Preferred) Experience as a science educator and/or administrator in K-12 education

Job Description

Account Management

  • Support school/district accounts in achieving their InnerOrbit goals through metrics, virtual training, consultations, and email communications to drive high renewal and expansion rates.
    • Travel up to 15% to districts/conferences for professional learning sessions and customer interactions.
  • Update and innovate account management resources for the Customer Success Team, including email templates and workflows.
  • Maintain comprehensive and detailed account management records.

Site Support

  • Assist with site-chat communication with customers.
  • Update and innovate site-support resources, including help articles.
  • Design core email communication for our customer base throughout the school year.

Growth Opportunities

  • Coaching on NGSS and assessment best practices, refined over thousands of assessments and collaboration with hundreds of districts.

Compensation

  • Base salary $60-$90k with commission on account renewals/expansions.
