Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, business-savvy Chief People Officer to join our executive team. This pivotal role will lead Blend360's people strategy, supporting growth and innovation. The CPO will partner with senior leadership to develop leaders within the organization, driving major growth initiatives and advising on key areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee satisfaction and retention through initiatives such as recognition programs, career development, and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Learning and Development: Design and implement training programs, leadership development initiatives, and talent management strategies to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback to support career progression.
  • Internal Communication Strategy: Develop and execute effective communication strategies to ensure employees understand corporate strategy and their role.
  • HR Technology and Analytics: Implement HRIS systems and workforce analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance HR processes.
  • Workforce and Succession Planning: Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the right talent pipeline to meet business needs.
  • Organizational Culture and Diversity: Promote a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace through strategic initiatives and programs.
  • External Employee Platforms: Monitor and respond to relevant feedback on social media platforms like Glassdoor to manage Blend360’s reputation.

Success Measures

The CPO will develop and monitor key metrics in consultation with the Executive Leadership Team, including:

  • Employee Engagement Scores
  • Employee Retention Rates
  • Employee Satisfaction Scores
  • Training and Development Metrics (uptake rates and outcomes)
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Metrics (representation rates, diversity in leadership positions)

Qualifications

  • Experience leading the People function in a high-growth, global services organization.
  • Proven ability to scale a team from 2K to 5K employees in a competitive, tech-oriented field.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Team-first, people-first orientation with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic business acumen and the ability to connect people strategy to operational growth.
  • History of developing top talent and a passion for nurturing junior talent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience leading major change initiatives, including M&A activities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
