About the Job

Contra is currently hiring a remote Customer Support Specialist from the Philippines to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our freelancer and company customer base, ensuring their queries and issues are resolved efficiently. This part-time position requires you to work weekdays as follows:

• Monday & Tuesday: 9 am - 2 pm EST
• Wednesday & Thursday: 7 am - 2 pm EST

Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to users by addressing their issues and questions promptly.
• Manage and execute daily operational tasks efficiently.
• Ensure all support tasks are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
