Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager for our Professional Services team. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical, provider (large hospital systems), and insurance/payer companies.
- Helping clients evaluate qualitative and quantitative data using the Authenticx platform to inform decisions that drive business improvement.
- Managing our customer methodology, conducting meetings and presentations, and handling multiple stakeholder relationships to achieve impactful outcomes with our AI.
- Owning the customer experience and collaborating with other Authenticx teams to meet client objectives.
- Proactively managing client health, mitigating risks, and removing obstacles to achieve success and renewal.
- Ensuring clients see measurable value from their investment in Authenticx by holding them accountable for their success.
- Identifying opportunities for upsells and expansion with the Revenue Team.
Qualifications
Skills and Knowledge:
The ideal Senior Program Manager will possess:
- A strong understanding of enterprise KPIs and macro measures of success, especially in large provider, pharma, and payer companies.
- Competence in strategic planning and budget management to discuss business impact and measurable outcomes at an executive level.
- Skills in establishing stakeholder relationships across organizational levels, with an emphasis on executive relationships.
- Ability to make confident, credible business cases and secure commitment from stakeholders to drive results.
- Expertise in conflict resolution, negotiation, overcoming objections, and collaboration to achieve results.
- Comfort with healthy conflict, radical candor, and holding others accountable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in probing with open-ended questions to determine root causes and find solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven experience as an effective team leader on large, enterprise cross-functional projects.
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize strategically.
- Experience with web applications and new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
