Job Description

As a Talent Manager at Blend360, you will be essential in nurturing a positive and productive workplace environment. Your role will include managing key HR functions, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and administering company policies and benefits. Your work will significantly affect our company culture and employee satisfaction, driving us towards becoming the leading workplace for data professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Contracts: Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of employment contracts and other HR documents.
  • Running On/Off-boarding: Ensure seamless processes for new hires and employee departures.
  • Running Benefits: Administer and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Event Planning and Organisation: Coordinate company events, including parties and off-site gatherings.
  • Managing Career Framework: Develop and manage career progression frameworks.
  • Managing HR Issues: Address and resolve HR-related matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Interface with Employment Law Advisors: Work with external advisors to ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Managing Appraisals and Promotions Process: Oversee performance reviews and promotions processes.
  • Managing Learning & Development Initiatives: Develop and coordinate training programs and manage the L&D budget.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing HR cases with confidence and professionalism.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for People and Culture, with a strong commitment to employee development.
  • Experience in event planning and organization.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
