This position is for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer with solid Machine Learning System development experience, who will contribute to both strategic and tactical planning and execution to continuously advance the AI Platform's vision and mission. You are first and foremost passionate and versatile machine learning experts and system architects capable of thriving in a multifaceted environment as a member of Agile Scrum teams.
You will play a critical part in the leadership team, establishing technical roadmaps, introducing the latest machine learning and system technologies to the team, collaborating with development managers and teams to identify and address technical challenges, and working with different product and data science teams to streamline feature requests and model onboarding.

Essential Functions
Collaborate with project teams, data science teams, and development teams to shape the technical roadmap and guide the development and implementation of new data-driven business solutions.
Promote technical standards and best practices, and continuously enhance the scalability of the AI Platform engineering.
Architect and design AI Platform services including Machine Learning Engines, In-Memory Computing Systems, Streaming Computing Systems, Distributed Data Systems, etc., in Golang, Java, and Python.
Coordinate implementation among development teams to ensure system performance, security, scalability, and availability.
Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering team talent growth.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees divide their time between remote work and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (as determined by leadership/site), with a general expectation of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 150,900.00 to 196,200.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for a bonus and equity.
