The Opportunity

  • Design and develop next-generation video and multi-modal generation models.
  • Collaborate closely with researchers and machine learning engineers to integrate the latest innovations and experimental features.
  • Work with product partners to define features, set joint shipping objectives, and achieve them.
  • Lead end-to-end projects from requirement scoping to launch, ensuring continuous support.
  • Manage projects involving multiple teams of researchers and engineers.
  • Stay updated on the latest testing, development, and deployment practices while actively sharing knowledge with the team and community.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals.
  • Strong proficiency with deep learning models, including architecture, training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment, especially with generative models like transformers and diffusion models.
  • Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, and experience working with large and complex codebases.
  • Experience in machine learning projects with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills for troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex issues.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in deploying ML models to consumers, scaling models for inference, collaborating with product teams for model integration, and maintaining models in production.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. markets, and pay is adjusted based on those defined markets. The U.S. salary range for this position is $135,200 - $250,900 annually, varying by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter will provide more specifics during the hiring process.

For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. For non-sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as base salary, with short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Additionally, some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
