Job Summary

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy AI solutions in core business functions using cloud-native technologies. This role ensures the scalability, availability, and efficiency of AI deployments and establishes best practices in AI operations. Ideal candidates should have extensive cloud-native machine learning engineering experience and the ability to scale AI platforms in large-scale environments. Operationalizing GenAI applications is a valued advantage.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines fully integrated within cloud-native architectures, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists to transition machine learning models from experimental prototypes to production-grade solutions on cloud AI platforms.
• Optimize data architectures to enhance performance and scalability of ML systems on cloud platforms, such as Azure.
• Lead ML model integration into existing and new system architectures, focusing on compatibility and high performance within a cloud environment, which includes designing and implementing robust APIs.
• Work with cloud architecture advisors to leverage advanced features of cloud technologies and AI platforms.
• Establish and promote best practices around AI Operations, including MLOps and LLMOps.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance and efficiency of ML systems deployed on cloud infrastructures.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with AI platforms on the cloud, such as Azure Machine Learning, Google AI Platform, or AWS SageMaker.
• Strong proficiency in using major cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying ML models and managing data pipelines.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience working with Linux OS.
• Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Experience in operationalizing GenAI applications or assistants.
