SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This job aims to offer the chance to gain practical experience through direct exposure to the related business sectors and cultivate the next generation of diverse business professionals. As such, the program will provide hands-on training and experience in the business line, reveal the various career opportunities within the business line and associated areas, and prepare participants for roles within the business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree.
Enrolment in a graduate degree program, full or part-time, at an accredited college or university.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pursuing a graduate degree in computer science/software engineering/data science/ML engineering
  • Strong technical skills in machine learning/deep learning code development using machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming
  • Experience with scaling ML training tasks with distributed training techniques on GPU and/or developing microservices for AI/ML/GenAI products
  • A passion for learning and continuous improvement. The field of MLOps is always evolving, thus MLOps engineers must be willing to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Effective communication. This position requires excellent communication skills as it involves direct interaction with colleagues, clients, and/or other internal or external stakeholders in assignment planning and the resolution of day-to-day operational issues.

2. Under supervision, provide professional services relevant to the routine operation goals of the area. Receives guidance, training, and mentorship from senior personnel in executing activities and tasks.

3. Undertake and/or participate in initiatives and programs built to cultivate professional skills and knowledge relevant to the organization's needs.

4. Partake in the planning and execution of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise and capability.

5. By management's request, execute research and reporting comprising recommendations or alternate action proposals.

6. Undertake related studies or enrichment programs suiting the specific goals of the operating unit.

7. Perform various job-related duties as assigned.
