Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to pinpoint opportunities for quality improvement in healthcare organizations.

  • Design and execute data collection processes, ensuring the data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders using visualizations and storytelling techniques.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, healthcare administration).
  • Prior experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong capability in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HEDIS).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
