Job Description:

Designation: Operations Lead – AFL and Dietlogues

Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time Operations Lead to enhance the impact of DRFHE programs—AFL and Dietlogues. This role demands robust operational leadership to ensure the seamless and timely execution of all programs. You will supervise a team, manage quality assurance, strategize process improvements, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a delightful experience for all participants, including doctors, patients, and external stakeholders.

Reporting To: Lead AFL and Dietlogues

Location: Hyderabad

Role Band: Indigo

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Refine and continuously improve current processes for efficient operations and impact.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the AFL and Dietlogues teams.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback for improvement.
  • Align operations with organizational objectives through effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, internal business lines, and external stakeholders.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Report on operational efficiency and quality standards on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Integrate new technologies and business processes as needed.
  • Develop conflict-resolution and service recovery programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA with 12 to 15 years of experience in handling operations.
  • Pharma sales and marketing experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data analytics.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI can substitute educational requirements.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating project activities.
  • Ability to conduct research for special projects and present written/oral briefings.
  • Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Analytical thinking to drive strategy using data.
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and a critical thinker.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relations within and outside the organization.
  • Competence in handling regular calls, virtual/physical meetings, and interacting with different stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
