Do you have expertise in whole genome sequencing (WGS) data quality control and analysis from bacterial isolates? Are you passionate about genomics and antimicrobial resistance (AMR)? If so, the Research Group for Global Capacity Building (GloCaB) at DTU is looking for a talented bioinformatician. This position involves working with the EU, WHO, and FAO as a reference laboratory for AMR.
GloCaB offers advisory services to national reference laboratories and authorities, international institutions, and agencies. As part of our responsibilities, we provide:
We collaborate globally with researchers, clinicians, veterinarians, and food laboratories, focusing on WGS, genomic analysis, and AMR expertise. We build capacity for AMR surveillance in multiple low- and middle-income countries.
