Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst specializing in Data Privacy and Artificial Intelligence (AI). In this cross-functional and customer-facing role, you will work closely with our Legal team to develop, facilitate, and maintain global privacy and AI standards.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Assist in developing and maintaining privacy and AI governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other business units to promote Data Privacy & AI Compliance.
• Provide customer support through documentation and assistance.
• Manage third-party privacy topics, including due diligence and data privacy impact assessments.

Requirements

You should have:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a Global Technology Company.
• In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices impacting data governance and AI.
• Experience in Data Privacy and AI compliance, including data processing inventory (ROPA).
• Experience with data protection management tools such as OneTrust and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of third-party certifications like PCI-DSS / SOC2.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical subjects.
• Problem-solving abilities and a talent for creating straightforward solutions.
• Leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
• A passion for creating solutions and a positive attitude towards change.
• Excellent analytical skills with an evidence-based approach.
• Flexibility to work remotely or in a team setting as needed.
