We are on the lookout for a highly specialized data analyst with prior experience of collaborating with marketing teams. The role entails data extraction, segmentation, process automation, A/B testing and assuring data accuracy. Responsibilities include contributing to revenue growth and customer retention through insights and optimized targeting strategies for the marketing team. We seek innovative, strong communicators for senior management, and a profound understanding of business operations and industry trends. You will require a data science skill set and expertise to provide insights and solutions that bolster operational efficiency and foster growth.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise data cleaning, processing, insight generation, and reporting. Draft strategic and tactical recommendations across all marketing channels to compile findings and strategize.

  • Standardize reporting to back marketing campaigns and implement dashboards for tracking and producing dynamic visualization of performance versus target at all granularity levels of tactics, creatives, audiences, and sites.

  • Analyze extensive data sets to generate crucial insights such as identifying target audience segments for lead generation and/or marketing campaigns and work closely with business units for long-term planning, policy development, and problem resolution.

  • Drive cross-functional analytics projects from beginning to end: foster relationships with partner teams, collect and analyze data, and present key insights and recommendations for business improvements.

  • Construct and maintain ‘Reverse ’ data pipelines as reliable sources of information to promote and sustain business clarity in the go-to-market organization.

  • Design, put together, and maintain data models for go-to-market teams to build dashboards for reporting and deriving insights.

  • Possess the ability to design, organize, and coordinate A/B and multivariate tests and run AB tests across various digital properties, business units, target users, and global markets.

Qualifications

  • A MUST: 5+ years of experience in marketing data analysis or as a data scientist.

  • Proficiency in SQL and database querying techniques.

  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) required for automating data processes.

  • Expert-level understanding of AWS S3 & Google, Google APIs, BI tools, Quick insight, Google Bigquery and AWS Redshift, AWS Glue & Google Cloud Dataflow.

  • Additional qualifications: Product management capabilities of Segment Twilio and Understanding best practices for Firebase Remote Config A/B testing.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and mathematical modeling may be required for advanced data analysis tasks.

  • Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, customer segmentation strategies, channel attribution, LTV: CAC and campaign optimization is necessary.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites.

Compensation and Benefits:

The final compensation package for this role will be finalized during the interview process and will depend on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training.
